NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL FUNDING PROGRAM:  The Neighborhood Council Funding Program (Funding Program) is comprised of administrative personnel from the Office of the City Clerk and is dedicated to assist the Neighborhood Councils with all of their funding program needs. The Funding Program is responsible for the administration of the Neighborhood Council Trust Fund, the review and approval of Funding Requests, and all related administrative services that involve the Neighborhood Council Trust Fund. In addition the administrative staff is responsible for training neighborhood council board members on the appropriate use of public funds.
