This is an opportunity for Neighborhood Council Board Members and Community Members to provide the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment with valuable feedback, insights, and reflections on experiences with their Department and in the Neighborhood Council system. The results from this survey will be shared with Neighborhood Councils in the early fall, and will be used to help guide the Department’s future planning efforts.
